Cocktails created and crafted by Bar Bliss are ALWAYS made fresh, within 24 hour prior to your event. All syrups & most juices are made from scratch using fresh - never frozen - locally sourced produce. Your safety is our utmost concern, all equipment, bar tools, storage/serving containers are sanitized thoroughly between each event and use.

My career in hospitality and passion for mixology began in New York, where I was born and raised. In 2017, I moved to California and fell in love with the local food & beverage scene, especially in Sacramento.
After getting hired for numerous private bartending opportunities, I quickly realized that the bar and libations easily become the focal part of special events; and I thrive when I can be a part of that experience.
I created Bar Bliss to bridge the gap between my passion for mixology and my desire to help bring visionary events to life. I strive to continually be on the cutting edge of bartending techniques & trends, I prioritize sourcing fresh, local ingredients, and I craft all syrups and juices from scratch.
