So maybe you don't need a full bar & bartender for your event... but you still want to effortlessly offer delicious provisions to your guests. Our pre-batched cocktails are perfect for dinner parties, bridal showers, work parties, micro-weddings, the list goes on! Available for pre-order in multiple sizes, and always made fresh within 24 hours prior to your event.
the process
IMPORTANT:
Please note that bar bliss is a "dry hire" all pricing for services and packages listed below is not inclusive of the cost of alcohol. The cost covers planning, coordination, staffing, equipment, set-up/take-down, & bartending service.
Step 1:
In order to get started, we'll need to know the details of your event, such as event date, number of guests, and whether you'd like to opt for delivery or pick up your pre-batch.
Step 2:
We will set up a phone consultation to discuss your vision and flavor preferences for your batched cocktail. At this point, we will determine the key ingredients per your preference as well as the most suitable batch size for your group.
Step 3:
Bar Bliss will create a custom proposal including both price and drink menu suggestions to be sent via email. Upon approval of the proposal, we will collect a 20% retainer fee, this fee will reserve your date. Retainer fee is fully refundable if cancellation should occur at a minimum of 72 hours prior to event.
Step 4:
Our pre-batched cocktails are prepared within 24 hours prior to your event, it will be ready for pickup or delivery. We can prepare a shopping list for you to purchase the liquor required or we are happy to do the "liquor run" for you at an additional cost- see cost details below.

Delivery: $5 minimum within a 10-mile radius of Sacramento, after 10 miles delivery fee will be $1 per mile from Sacramento.
*Set-up included with delivery.
Liquor Run: $8 fee for every bottle required for pre-batch. The maximum required per batch is two bottles.
Cost of Liquor: varies based on your liquor of preference.
Retainer: 20% retainer required at time of booking, applied as a credit to pre-batch total invoice
